This multi-level, modern home is an entertainer’s paradise. Enter on the upper level to the open concept living area with floor-to-ceiling windows and custom, tiled gas fireplace, allowing for comfort and natural light year round. The chef’s kitchen features a waterfall edge grand island, high-end stainless appliances, quartz countertops and modern matte black and chrome fixtures

Referred to as a Seattle version of a “brownstone”, the client wished to convey its sophisticated and modern charm. New development branding, full collateral suite, and marketing strategy were provided to create an individual identity targeting young, professionals looking to start their life in the heart of Seattle.
