The Orchard is an enclave of 7 stunning view homes on a bluff above Beach Drive. The signature home in the community offers Puget Sound and Olympic views, with large bay windows and modern all-white interior design. The developers referred to it as “Hamptons meets PNW” and wanted something bright, beachy and trendy. New development branding, full collateral suite, and marketing strategy were provided to create an individual identity targeting young, stylish families looking for their forever home in the PNW.
