One of the biggest projects I took on during my time at Compass was an internal initiative to bring comprehensive collateral of each neighborhood in Seattle to the various agents selling there. In addition to leading the design and creative marketing strategy, I also art directed our hired photographers (Connor Mac & Devon Loerop), joining them on a variety of shoots and assisting in post-editing. The result was 13 customizable bi-folds, social media posts for each neighborhood, as well as other marketing collateral.

Our goal was to help agents truly showcase the potential of each neighborhood to their perspective buyers.
