Compass Collaborates is the annual all-day conference put on by Compass Washington leaders in an effort to build community amongst our agent base, as well as impart knowledge, new information and guidance from seasoned professionals. As the theme is on collaboration and working hand-in-hand with your fellow realtors, I wanted the design to reflect that concept, utilizing the shapes within our brand in way that evoked that sense of connection.

In addition to full creative direction, I assisted with event photography, marketing strategy, as well as creating various other pieces of content to hand out during the day.
